Amarone Satinato Riserva 2012, Giacomo Montresor

The wine has pronounced aromas of ripe red fruit, black cherry and spice. The palate has complex and developed characters of bramble and cherry fruit alongside cocoa, liquorice and tobacco. The finish is rounded, satisfying and long.

It slowly ages in 55hl oak barrels for six years and refines in stainless steel before bottling.

Bedoba Saperavi 2021, Georgia

Bedoba Saperavi is a red wine made from the Saperavi grape variety, which is indigenous to Georgia. Gaia Agiorgitiko by Gaia Nemea is a spicy, ripe, oak aged wine, made from the fascinating indigenous Agiorgitiko grape variety. A well-structured wine, bursting with plum and damson fruit.

The wine was aged in oak casks for 12 months, of which 90% was French oak (10% new) and 10% was American oak (10% new).
