| Anwilka is a result of the joint venture of three brilliant winemakers: Hubert de Boüard of Château Angélus, Bruno Prats formerly of Cos d’Estournel and Lowell Jooste previous owner of Klein Constantia. Aged for 14 months in big French oak barrel (50% new). Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry with notes of toasted spices, tobacco and hints of cassis. Fresh and vibrant on the palate, this is a medium-bodied and elegant wine with supple tannins and a very seductive finish. |

It is a complex wine with many layers, highlighting red fruits, graphite, ashes, olives, flowers and meat. On the palate it is elegant, fruity and fresh with a very rich acidity that invites you to drink it. Grainy texture, with very well integrated tannins.

| | The grapes for this come from two low yielding Stellenbosch vineyards, are hand harvested, fermented with wild yeasts and then raised in large wooden casks. Sustainably made this is a cracking wine for the money and made in a way that is more usual for far more expensive wines. Fresh with full brambly fruits, rustic herby and savoury notes and balanced by fine tannins and natural acidity. |

Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre
This wine is dark red in colour with aromas of blackberry, cherry, prune and some notes of garrigue and violet. The palate is structured and unctuous with present and silky tannins giving the wine a warm mouthfeel without masking its natural minerality. The finish is long with aromas of black olives and smoky notes.

A blend of Garnacha, Syrah, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon.
It has matured in oak foudres and barriques (25%) with a few months at the end in terracotta amphorae.
Notes of blackcurrant, wild blackberries and bramble with a crisp, rocky finish, lightly spiced with an aromatic floral quality.
