Domaine Fourrey's 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir is a complex, concentrated Grand Cru Chablis style, oozing class and with great ageing potential.
Vaudésir is one of the seven official climats of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, on steep slopes overlooking the town of Chablis below. Vaudésir Chablis' tend to be softer and more elegant than other Grand Crus, with floral characters rounding out Chablis' iconic minerality, and the wines are renowned for their wonderful balance.

The 2014 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru les Folatières is a slightly riper and more tropical bouquet, perhaps more "2014" than the Referts with hints of tinned peach and fresh pear on the nose, lime developing with continued aeration. The palate is clean and fresh with a killer line of acidity, vibrant and poised, and with more density than the 2014 Referts with superb salinity towards the finish.

A powerful, impressive Puligny that has much more presence and intensity than your average village wine. A very fine Puligny vineyard towards the top of the slope on the north side of the village.

Les Nosroyes is a well-drained vineyard that typically yields finely etched but ripe fruited wines with a chalky finish.
