Elegant and floral, with fresh honeysuckle, acacia blossom, and mineral-driven notes that evolve into toasted hazelnut and almond with age. Bright, lively and beautifully persistent.
From a tiny 0.13 ha parcel of 55-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, fermented, then aged 15 months with malolactic in demi-muids before bottling. This is a work of precision and terroir.

This Chassagne-Montrachet 2022 presents a complex nose with honey and acacia notes. Round and ample on the palate, it reveals aromas of marzipan and vanilla. The wine has a long finish and a nice minerality.

The white wines are aged in two stages at the estate. First, they spend 12 months in barrels, then the wines are racked and finally transferred to vats where the wine is aged for an additional 6 months.
The palate is well balanced with a sappy opening, good depth, a slightly waxy in texture and that crucial acidic line keeping everything on an even keel.
