Chablis Premier Cru Fourneaux 2022, Domaine Fourrey

Very ripe, pure, expressive aromas of candied lemon peel and flowers. 

Rather soft for this cuvée but the flavors of white peach, flowers and dusty herbs are firmed on the end by a hint of chalky minerality.
