| Botrytis affected dessert wine which is a blend of late harvested Sauvignon, Viognier and Gewurztraminer from their estate.
Light, delicate with perfect citrusy acidity to balance the velvety sweetness. |

Pale gold in color, the 2009 Doisy Daëne features expressive notes of honeyed lemons, dried mango slices, apricot tart and Seville orange marmalade with a touch of shaved almonds. The palate delivers mouth-filling stone fruit and citrus preserves layers with great purity and a lively backbone, finishing wonderfully zesty and youthful.

| | This is a full, rich, deep glass of sweet pleasure hits all the right marks. Layers of ripe, fleshy, tropical fruits slathered in honey, along with roasted almonds, vanilla, coconut, candied orange rind, and overripe pineapples from start to finish. |
| | The blend, made up of about two thirds of Semillon and one third of Sauvignon blanc depending on the vintage, is aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 18 months for this 2003 vintage.
This is very sweet and rich on the nose, with toffee, honey, and spices. Full-bodied, and thick honey. Spice, dried apricot, and syrup flavours. Lasts for minutes on the palate. Big botrytis bomb. Love it."

| | Château Raymond Lafon`s 2009 Sauternes is primarily made from Sémillon, with a smaller percentage of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine displays intense aromas and flavours of honey, dried apricots, candied orange peel, and tropical fruits, along with notes of almonds, saffron, and vanilla. It has a luscious texture, balanced by bright acidity, which keeps the sweetness in check and provides a long, elegant finish. |

87% Semillon, 4.5% Muscadelle and 8.5% Sauvignon Blanc.
Aromas of very ripe peach, honey and vanilla are a bit youthfully disjointed. Sweet, supple and fat, currently showing more spice than fruit. Finishes broad and spicy, with a suggestion of minerality.

| | With an elegant honeyed nose, this seductive, creamy, opulent wine explodes on the palate with layers upon layers of complex flavours. The sweetness and acidity are in perfect harmony and the finish is breathtaking. |

90% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc
Pure, deep gold. Really classy and distinctive with layers of savoury and sweet flavours – apricot compote in particular. Great build that finishes appetising and dry and refreshing. Long.

This Tokaji is made in a traditional manner from the classic blend of Furmint Hŕrslevelü and Muskotály grape varieties. A wine with lovely sweetness, balanced by a pronounced fresh acidity.
The palate is dominated by tropical fruits, apricot jam and fig with some bitter hint. Well balanced with long finish.

| | Honeyed floral and spicy aromas with apricot and exotic fruit flavours. Well rounded and balanced. Classical Sauternes. |
| | The palate is rewarded with rich flavours of toasted nuts and caramel, underpinned by a charming note of sweet figs. This full-bodied vin santo boasts an attractively sweet finish that lingers, guaranteed to enchant any dessert wine lover. It is an admirable choice to pair with traditional Italian desserts or enjoy on its own as a delightful conclusion to a meal. |
