Orballo 2024, 100% Albariño, was grown on from the winery's closest vineyard to the sea: Vilachan, located in the subzone of O Rosal (D.O. Rías Baixas). The process involved complex ageing on lees in three types of containers: stainless steel, concrete and earthenware.

Contino Blanco is from Viura & Garnacha Blanca vines grown on vineyards at over 700 metres. The wine has a nutty nose with notes of seville oranges, with zesty acidity. The wine is only aged in old oak, with very little influence on the palate. |
| | Made from a blend of Ribeiro's favorite grape varieties: Godello and Treixadura which provide the structure, body, and acidity necessary to obtain a unique wine. Grapes from vineyards planted with clayey soils located on the banks of the Miño River, as it passes through Castrelo de Miño. The wine is aged on its lees for three months in tanks and one month in bottle before release. |

Maceration with skins and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Separation of the skins and three months of aging in concrete tanks. No clarification, no filtration, no added sulfites.
Warm nose, notes of quince, and wild aromatic plants such as lemon verbena and mint. Fresh on the palate and at the same time rich in umami with a slightly bitter finish that keeps the mouth in tension.
