Delicate, floral and fresh natural 'orange' wine from the Languedoc made without adding sulphur.
Orange in colour due to the prolonged time the white grapes have spent in contact with their skins in the winery - three months, and after fermentation is matured in terracotta amphorae. It's a blend of several varieties including Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, Sauvignon Gris, Pinot Gris and Piquepou.

Medium to full-bodied with amazing concentration, this big, savoury, mouth-filling red should drink nicely for 5-6 years. The vineyards grow at an elevation ranging between 600-750 m above sea level. The grapes for this wine come from 20 ha.of vineyards planted between 1970 and 1960 on chalky soils. |
