| From old vine Chenin Blanc, planted in 1985, which is grown on decomposed shale and granite. It offers restrained aromatics of pear skin, honeycomb and golden citrus with just a hint of toast. The palate is deep and concentrated. Yellow apples, kumquat and peaches sing above the chalky texture and fine, crystalline finish. |
| | This wine boasts a lively and fruity character, with a ripe and juicy palate filled with flavors of tropical fruit, melon, and lemon zest. The nose is luscious, with aromas of citrus, floral, and apricot, complemented by the subtle hints of oak. |
| | Tangy lime notes meet cool cream and crisp tangerine, a touch of crystalline honey and just rained on stones. The palate initially shows more savoury stone than out and our fruit, but soon flavours of freshly rubbed grapefruit pith, conference pear skin, blanched almond and yellow plum flesh appear, all packed up in a body of whip and flex. |
