A Malbec dominant Bordeaux blend, offering a powerful and age-worthy expression of Margaret River.
An intense nose of cassis and crushed violets with mulberries and savoury notes of cedar and mocha.

Lifted tropical aromas of nectarine, nutty preserved lemon scents and loads of texture on the dry, fresh and savoury palate.
Portion of the wine was fermented in old oak barrels and part in stainless steel. Blended soon after ferment, fined, filtered and bottled in order to retain the fresh, varietal characteristics.

| | The 2021 Chardonnay Hazel's Vineyard is quite a classic Margaret River style, carrying both generous levels of flavour while retaining trademark finesse. Exuberant pineapple, grapefruit and tangy blossom fruits jump out of the blocks well matched by high quality, reserved new oak. |
| | Mandarin peal, white blossom and mealy aromas give way to white nectarine and a seductive nougat element. Flinty and complex, this Chardonnay is powerful in fruit concentration and restrained by a precise acid line. A layered wine with persistence, power, and structure and a true representation of this gravelly vineyard in southern Margaret River. |
| | Refreshing notes of juicy white peach, tangy green apple, and exotic sunrise lime. Hints of toasted cashew nuts and gun flint underpin the cooling fruit core. The velvety texture leads to saline minerality and a fresh cut of acidity. It fills out the holes but remains light on its feet with lingering grapefruit pith flavours to conclude. |
| | Pure, complex, and very satisfying, this is a charming expression of Southern Margaret River Chardonnay. On the nose delicate notes of kaffir lime, jasmine, and zesty ginger leap from the glass, complemented by complex barrel ferment elements of cashews and flint rock. The palate is powerful yet crystalline and defined by a mealy texture and that long, savoury acid line this area is renowned for. |
| | Concentrated forest fruits with blackberry complementing the red fruits experienced on the nose. Undertones of mocha, cigar box and a brown earthiness. Supple, mouth-coating tannins give structure that will hold this wine for years to come. |
| | Blackcurrant and mulberry top notes meld their way into some cedary tobacco and bay leaf characters with spice end notes. Medium bodied with an elegant yet structured feel the palate has flavours of ripe red currants, blackcurrants and mulberries which intermingle with dusty cedar, subtle tobacco, bay leaf infusions and spice. |
| | Restrained and supple, lots of ripe dark plum, pepper and spice of Shiraz with the rose petal perfume and red cherry flavours of Grenache. Lovely lightness and brightness to the back palate makes it terrific immediate drinking wine but it will cellar nicely for 5-10 years. |
| | An introduction to the world of Yering Station, this wine stands as an exemplary Victorian expression. Produced with clean and modern winemaking techniques, it is silky, fresh and approachable. True to the regional style, it offers red cherries coupled with delicious brambly spice. The wine finishes long and juicy with a lovely briary spice carrying through alongside the ripe cherry fruit. |
