A great white burgundy from the Cotes de Beaune. Lovely honeyed nose of blossom followed by a full flavoured wine with hints of grapefruit and great length. Great with fish dishes cheeses or on its own with a little smoked salmon!
Based in Nuits Saint Georges, the Ambroise family estate dates back to the 18th century.and farming organically since 2013.
